Salma Med is an appointed agent for the manufacturers listed on our homepage, not a reseller buying stock on the open market. That distinction is the difference between a lot number that traces back to a factory and one that traces back to a warehouse nobody will name.
Ask for the agency letter for any line you are considering and we will send it; if we cannot send one, we will tell you that instead of changing the subject.
Every lot traces back to us
Each box we supply carries its lot number and expiry, and we keep our own record of which lot went to which clinic. If a manufacturer issues a field safety notice, we can tell you within the hour whether you are holding any of it.
It is also what makes a complaint answerable: a supplier who cannot tell you which lot he sold you cannot help you when a patient has a problem.
Stock is held here, at temperature
Our stock sits in Ramallah, in refrigeration, and it has done since before you ordered it. It is not drop-shipped from another continent in August and it does not spend four days in a customs shed at ambient temperature.
Cold chain is the failure nobody sees: a filler that has been warm does not look different in the syringe, it behaves differently in the face.
We sell to licensed practitioners only
We ask for a licence number before a first order, every time, and we keep it on file.
A supplier who sells to anyone with cash is also supplying the salon two streets from your clinic, taking your patients at half your price and sending you the complication to fix. We would rather have fewer customers than be that.
What we do not claim
Regulatory status is per product, never per catalogue. Approval, clearance and a CE mark are three different things, and we state which.
We also make no claim about clinical outcomes. What a product does in a face depends on the hand holding the syringe, and that is your work, not ours.
