Our mission
You are the one standing over the patient. We supply the product and support your business around it, and we know our lines well enough to train physicians on them and to help you choose the right one for your case.
Our mission is that a doctor or a clinic here can get a product they can trust, and learn to use it properly on real cases with somebody experienced watching.
Hamza Odeh
Hamza Odeh started Salma Med in Ramallah in 2010 and has spent every year since in this one field. He picks the lines the company carries. The workshops are taught by licensed practitioners, and when a doctor registers for one, Hamza is the person who reads the form.
He is also the person who picks up the phone. Doctors call him in the evening and at the weekend, and he answers. The workshops exist because he wanted the company to still be there after the box arrives.
Here since the field started
We were among the first suppliers in this field in Palestine, and we have not moved into another one since 2010. The doctors who established aesthetic medicine here are the doctors we supply.
Salma Med
We are an appointed agent for every manufacturer we list. It means the lot number on a box we supplied leads back to the factory that made it, and we can show you the letter that says so.
Prices depend on the line and the quantity, so we do not publish them. Tell us what you are treating and we will price it for you.
The number on this website is the one we have had since 2010, and it still reaches the same people.

What doctors hold us to
Not a list of adjectives. Each one is a thing you can hold us to, and check.
Documents on request
Agency letters, lot numbers, certificates of conformity, temperature records. Name the line or the lot and we will send what we hold for it.
Training that comes with it
Hands-on workshops on real cases, with a certificate at the end. We run them ourselves, so the person teaching is the person you can ring afterwards.
Somebody answers
Same day on WhatsApp, usually within the hour. If it has gone wrong at the chair, call the number rather than writing.
