Salma Med supplies aesthetic injectables, devices and training to licensed medical practitioners. The information on this site is written for that audience and is published on the basis that the reader is professionally qualified to judge it.

Nothing on this site is an offer to supply anyone who is not a licensed practitioner, and nothing on it is advice to a patient or a member of the public.

Product descriptions, training material and anything else here are general information for practitioners. They are not clinical guidance, they are not a protocol, and they do not replace the manufacturer's instructions for use or your own professional judgement.

You remain responsible for your own practice: for holding the licence and insurance your work requires, for assessing your patient, and for using any product in accordance with its instructions and with the rules that apply where you practise.

The lines we carry are made by different manufacturers and hold different approvals, clearances and certifications in different territories. They are not interchangeable and there is no single statement that covers all of them.

For that reason this site makes no blanket regulatory claim. Where the status of a specific product matters to you, ask us and we will tell you what that product holds and show you the documentation we have for it.

Anything shown on this site about what we carry is a description of our range, not a guarantee that a given item is in stock or that a price is fixed. Availability and price may be discussed only after you contact us, and any quotation or supply arrangement is confirmed directly by Salma Med.

Sending an enquiry does not place an order, create a contract, or oblige either of us to anything. The website is not a checkout, catalogue for public purchase, or payment channel.

Where we describe how stock is held, that describes our own storage. Once a product has been handed over, keeping it within its stated conditions is the practitioner's responsibility, and a product held outside them may not perform as its manufacturer intends.

Places on a workshop are confirmed directly and are subject to the details given at the time, including any requirement to hold a particular licence. Attending training does not by itself qualify anyone to perform a procedure they are not licensed to perform.

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will never be offline. We may change what is on it, including the range shown, without notice.

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Salma Med or are used with permission. Manufacturer names and their marks belong to those manufacturers and appear here to identify the products we supply.

Where we link to another site, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for what is on it.

We are responsible for commitments we expressly agree with you directly. We are not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on general information published on this website rather than on something we confirmed to you directly, and nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited in law.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law applying in Palestine.
